AHS ElderCare is a Fiscal Intermediary (‘FI”) company serving the entire New York State in providing logistics and EVV compliance to the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (“CDPAP”).  For almost a decade of operations, our Agency allows individuals needing home care to take charge of their health and safety at home, by choosing and directing their own caregivers. This fosters a personalized and empowering care environment that truly meets their unique needs.  We prioritize the independence of both the caregiver and the consumer, facilitating a collaborative and respectful relationship that supports emotional well-being and personal fulfillment. AHS ElderCare offers a range of services to help consumers and their caregivers navigate the CDPAP Program with guidance and support, payroll management (diverse benefits including 401K), training and mentoring resources.

Our diverse group of employees specializes in many cultures, and are providing comprehensive support to consumers and caregivers selected by them. Our office locations spread out through the city and state and our culturally diverse personnel offers integral support to Egyptian, Moroccan, Russian, Ukrainian, Tajik, Uzbek, Spanish, English and Bengali communities. These offices are often used to provide needed SW or to promote healthy living through exercise and nutrition lectures to hundreds and hundreds of consumers in underserved communities. Initiatives like “communities taking care of itself” has been a great success in the Brownsville, Bushwick and East New York areas, amongst others.
